In a city with numerous options to shop and dine, there’s one place that stands out from the rest: Brickell City Centre. Knowing that, we set out to establish BCC as the go-to spot across all digital and social landscapes. Each month, we set a strategy based on Centre’s priorities, from new shop openings to month-long celebrations like Pride Month and Earth Month.

From there, we take a hands-on approach by creating original content through video and photoshoots around BCC, highlighting new dishes, seasonal sales, in-store experiences, and new happenings at the Centre. We’ve also appealed to audiences by including well-known influencers in the Miami area for content like “Around the Centre” and “12 Days of Gifting.”

In 2023, we shifted our focus to the “In the Now” strategy, working to create a real time feel to BCC’s content. Whether it’s lunch ideas or outfit inspiration for an event or holiday, this strategy helps appeal to visitors, making the content relatable to their life at that moment.
